Over this period, a large number of people have passed through the Church Without Walls.
Currently, we are supporting over 400 refugee families from Ukraine residing in Transdniestria.
The primary group of refugees consists of women and children, with many of them being part of large families.
Numerous women have lost husbands and relatives due to the war.
The loss of loved ones, relatives, property, country is only a small part of what people experienced fleeing the war.
Our assistance goes beyond the mere distribution of humanitarian aid.
We provide prayer, care, and share the Gospel with them.
We believe that offering both help and the message of the Gospel together is the best way to support people facing challenging life circumstances.
Through this ministry to the Refugees, some individuals have come to believe in Christ and joined the church.
HOW WE ARE RESPONDING
Your contributions to in Transdniestrian Relief Fund are touching refugees in the following ways:
- Practical Help. We provide food, housing, transport and other essential goods to those displaced by the war in Ukraine. We try to be close to those who need help and support.
- Spiritual Hope. In this dark and uncertain time, the light of the Gospel shines especially brightly. Whether on long road trips or in places of refuge, we offer comfort through prayer and hope through salvation in Christ. We share the Gospel and bring hope to people.
- Eternal Impact. Your prayers are critical to the mission. Join us in prayer for refugees to open their hearts and accept Jesus as their personal Savior and Lord.
- Psychological assistance. Most refugees are women and children. Each of the women from Ukraine experienced psychological trauma.
We work with women from Ukraine trying to help them psychologically. Women from the Church Without Walls are actively involved in this process.
